The boys’ eyes, that is. And “it” is conjunctivitis, otherwise known as pink eye.
It’s in Noah’s left eye, and Caden’s right eye. (It’s hard to see Caden’s because he was smiling, and it’s not as severe as Noah’s.) So we made our pilgrimage to the doctor (who I love, and who, thankfully, we don’t see terribly often because my boys are pretty healthy), and came home with two bottles of eye drops (one for each because it’s not a great idea to share them in case of any cross-contamination). The boys get two drops in their affected eyes three times a day. Great. And we’re supposed to watch my girlfriend’s daughters tomorrow. Not the best idea. We’ll see how it goes.
