Today was a gorgeous, COLD, sunny day here. On the way home from picking up Noah from school, my car said it was 17 degrees. UGH! It’s March 12!!! But it was incredibly sunny and at this time of year, the sun is much warmer than January, so you can fool yourself into thinking it’s really nice outside. So after the boys took their “nap” this afternoon, we headed outside. Despite the brown of the grass, plants, and trees, I still wanted to get some pictures. Enjoy!
After lunch and before naps, we played some Sound Bingo. Andy and I are too cheap to turn the heat up (and it’s March 12!!!), so we use blankets a lot in our house. The boys got creative while we were playing:
Last night, we had a lazy night at home. In fact, most of our nights are lazy around here! After dinner, Caden wanted to check out our candy drawer. He’s just getting to the height to be able to see into it…
…just about.
After the candy drawer raid, we started a Wii tournament. Andy and Noah started playing golf (I suck at it, so I passed).
Caden isn’t the best at the Wii, so he thought he’d work on some Sudoku puzzles:
After the Sudoku, he started on the newspaper crossword puzzle, then the cryptoquip, then the word jumble. He’s pretty talented!
